This is a BRAND NEW machine. The box shows shelf wear. I absolutely love this machine(used to own another...it sold for $50 with missing parts! The only reason I sold it was my Vitamix now does everything for me. I was lucky enough to stumble across another and wanted to offer it to another family. Why pay the high prices for nut milks when you can make fresh batches yourself.
